Before you write
I am one person with a website rather than a booking platform or a boat company, so there are three things I genuinely cannot do. I cannot change, refund or cancel a booking — that is GetYourGuide, through the confirmation email they sent you. I cannot sell you a ferry ticket or hold a seat on a crossing, because I have nothing to do with any of the operators; the fares and the pier are at the ferry to Capri. And I cannot tell you what the sea will be doing on your date, which is the question I am asked most and the one nobody can answer more than a couple of days out.
What I am useful for
Which of the six listings suits your party, whether you want a tour at all rather than the scheduled boat, what the on-the-day cash actually goes on, and whether a full Capri day is sensible for someone in your group who is uneasy on the water. Most of it is written down already: start with all six tours compared and the reviews, or go straight to where the boats leave if the question is the meeting point, which is the thing people most often get wrong on the morning.
Corrections are the emails I like best. Fares, timetables and tour inclusions all move, and the seasonal sailings change every spring. If a detail here has gone stale, or a price on this site no longer matches the booking page, I would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
